DELIVERY CHARGES AND TIMES FOR UK MONDAY TO FRIDAY
You’ll be able to calculate your exact delivery cost before you pay by entering your post code into the shipping calculator within your shopping basket.
We aim to ship orders received by 1am the same day.
standard worldwide service is via Royal Mail for orders up to 2kg in weight. 1st and 2nd class options available.
UK orders over 2kg (up to 15kg) will be sent by signed carrier at a standard cost of £8.50 (If we can pack more economically to enable sending via Royal Mail - be assured that we will add extra targets to compensate you if we can keep parcel under 2kg with revised packaging.)
Customers outside of UK wishing to place orders over 2kg opt for collect from store and email me email@example.com to obtain shipping costs. I will obtain cheapest shipping cost and let you know so you can send seperate shipping payment. Alternatively, simply email me a list of what you would like to order, with your full postal address etc, and I will email back a price including shipping prior to placing your order.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOW SENT TRACKED AND SIGNED - UNLESS you email an order with address details etc stating you want economy shipping (which can take considerably longer to get to you, or standard with no guarantee of sending although proof of postage will be sent to you if required.

DISPATCH NOTIFICATION & DELIVERY TIMES
Our aim is to dispatch all orders received before 1pm (Monday to Friday) on the same day. Orders received after 2pm mayl be dispatched the next working day. No orders are dispatched during the weekend or bank holidays.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification.
Unfortunately we have no control over delivery service providers, subsequently from time to time especially during peak seasonal periods deliveries can take a little longer then expected. We’re unable to offer refunds due to late deliveries.

If your order hasn't turned up (UK)
If your order is not with you within 5 - 7 working days of the dispatch notification email me, it is possible that your postman may have tried to deliver whilst you were out. A card should have been left to request you collect you it from your local sorting office. It is worth you popping down to or calling your local sorting office to see if they have it. If you find that they don't have it please let us know via email firstname.lastname@example.org
