Shipping & Delivery

If your order is placed by 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) then we aim to ship your order that day, if for any reason we are not able to meet this deadline then your order will be sent the next working day. Please see Delivery Information for full details

Customers may confidently be assured that at all times we are vigilant in ensuring the privacy of customers information. We fully comply with the requirements of the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 1998 relating to the personal information you supply on this site. All information collected by us is used solely by Custom Targets and will not otherwise be distributed, sold, rented, traded or used for any other purpose unless required to do so by law.

When customers create an account with us we use the information to ensure efficient processing of your order and to notify you of any events that may affect your order.

It is entirely optional for you to Subscribe to our Newsletter however from time to time we do offer Discount and Special Offer Promotions via this method.

We never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent & Do Not store credit or debit card details.

You can check the information that we hold about you by checking the 'My Account' section of the website.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should contact us. We reserve the right to amend this notice. Any changes will be posted on the web site and become effective immediately


Returns & Replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Please complete the returns form (found at the bottom of the site) we will e-mail you an RMA number to include in the return then simply return the item or items to us in their original *condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning unwanted item will be at your own cost.

*Note*: Please be aware that items can only be returned for an exchange or refund if they are unused and in all their original packaging and have all of the labels attached and intact Do Not remove them if you're thinking of returning an item please do not put tape or labels on the original product packaging. If either the goods or the packaging are not in a resaleable condition, then we may decline your exchange or refund request.


If the goods Custom Targets delivers to you are not as ordered or are of incorrect quantity or have a manufacturing fault, We will replace the damaged or defective products or if replacement goods are not available, We will issue a refund.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please use the return form found at the bottom of the site we will e-mail you an RMA number to include with the return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Item Warranty

In the event of faulty goods needing to be returned, please use the return form found at the bottom of the site we will e-mail you an RMA number and advise you how to proceed with the return, you must ensure that the goods are suitably packaged

If your order hasn't turn up.

If you order is not with you within 5 - 7 working days of the dispatch notification email, it is possible that your postman may have tried to deliver whilst you were out. A card should have been left to request you collect you it from your local sorting office. It is worth you popping down to or calling your local sorting office to see if they have it. If you find that they don't have it please let us know via email sales@customtargets.co.uk and we will take action from our end.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

The description and the price of the goods you order will be shown on Our current website at the time you place your order.

All drawings, descriptive matter, specifications contained on Our website are published or issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them. They will not form part of this contract. The goods are subject to availability. On receipt of your order if the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on Our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is discovered We will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you choose to cancel, We will refund or credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. No contract exists between you and Us for the sale of any goods until We have received and accepted your order and sent you confirmation in writing or by email to the email address you have given. The contract is subject to your right of cancellation and We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any individual or company at Our absolute discretion.

Custom Targets accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury resulting from the use of any product sold from this website. Use is at consumer’s risk. Knowledge of and adherence to local laws and/or statutes is the responsibility of the consumer.

Custom Targets and it's employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage including loss of profit or any other form of compensation.

We may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.

Why do I need to create an account?

You don't need to as you can checkout as a guest

Though if you set up an account this will help you track the progress of your order, and if you wish to order from us again in the future it will help to speed up your order process enabling us to give you the best customer service possible.

We do not hold or store any of your payment details and will not pass on your personal details to any one else. If you choose not to, we will not send you any promotion e-mails or information

If at any time you wish to close your account this can be done very easily. You can do this yourself by accessing your account and deleting.
